Cargo Liability - Insurance that provides legal liability coverage for loss or damage of shipper’s goods while in transit and in care, custody, and control of the mover.
Warehousemen’s Liability - Insurance that provides legal liability coverage for loss or damage of shipper’s goods while in care, custody, and control of the mover under a permanent storage contract.
Auto Liability and Physical Damage - Insurance that provides coverage for physical damage to insured vehicles and Liability coverage for Bodly Injury & Property Damage arising from the individual’s operation of owned, leased, hired or borrowed vehicles.
Property - Insurance that provides coverage against loss to real and personal property such as commercial buildings, equipments, furniture, fixtures, and inventories.
General Liability - Insurance that provides coverage for most of the business liability exposures. Exposures covered includes premises and operations, products and completed operations, contractors liability, and contingent liability.
Workers' Compensation - Insurance which covers the employer for the responsibilities of injuries, diseases, disability, and or death of employee during course of employment as described by state laws.
Independent Owner Operator - Coverage can be provided for Non-Trucking Liability/Bob Tail, Physical Damage, Occupational Accident, and/or Workers’ Compensation for drivers and helpers.
Umbrella - Excess Liability insurance coverage providing additional protection over General, Auto and Workers' Compensation Employer Liability coverage.
